85 % von den Menschen haben schon mal an dieser Hautkrankheit gelitten.Mit Geduld und einigen Anweisungen des Arztes kann man eine Besserung erzielen.Am Besten immer den Rat des Arztes einholen. -

Das hat jeder schon mal von uns mal mitgemacht wenn man akne oder pickel hat dann bringen viele cremes und wässerchen aus dem supermarkt meistens gar nichs.Deswegen hier ein paar tipss rein aus naturprodukten.
*Besonders gut ist für die haut höhensonne.
Doch vorsicht nur mit sonnercreme und nicht zu... -

Bei sehr fettiger Haut bilden sich besonders schnell Pickel. Glänzt meine Haut auf der Stirn mal besonders stark, und das lässt ja die Pickel noch auffälliger werden, wende ich eine Maske bestehend aus Heilerde an.
Wenig Heilerde wird mit etwas Wasser zu einem sämigen Brei angerührt und auf...
