Eine solche "Wärmebehandlung" ist jedenfalls sehr hilfreich und brachte mir dank des "Philips Infraphil HP 1510" eine enorme Linderung der Problemzone Nacken/Hals-Bereich. Kaufentscheidung des Philipsgerätes war bei mir die Aussage des Herstellers das die Infrarotbirne mindestens für 720 Sitzungen a 15 minuten
