Der Zwieback ist nur ganz leicht gesüßt. Von dem Gerstenmalzextrakt bemerkt man überhaupt nicht viel, der gibt dem Zwieback nur die spiralförmige Farbgebung . Natürlich bemerkt man zwischen den beiden Schichten keinen geschmacklichen Unterschied, doch die Optik spielt ja bekanntlich beim Geschmack auch -
