Einfach das braune Fläschchen schütteln dann den Verschluss öffnen, Aludeckel abpuhlen. Tablette entnehmen und dann den Inhalt des Fläschchens trinken. Genießer machen das mittels eines Glases ich habe es direkt aus dem Fläschchen getrunken. In der Kapsel befinden sich Omega 3 und Folsäure.

Das Mittel ist durch den intensiven Grapefruitgeschmack geschmacklich sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, kann aber durch die Einnahme in Wasser oder Saft erträglich werden. Es ist sehr wirksam bei körperlichen Erschöpfungszuständen, z.B. nach Krankheiten oder beginnendem Burn-Out-Syndrom.
