    Alltägliche Magen- Darm- Beschwerden Sie sind lästig und störend. Der Wirkstoff Dimeticon hilft gegen Blähungen. Das Medikament wirkt sehr schnell und ohne Nebenwirkungen. Die Tablette wird im Mund gut zerkaut und schmeckt angenehm. Ich bin mit Simethicon-Tabletten sehr zufrieden und kann es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
