Mein heißgeliebter Thymianhonig darf nur deshalb so heißen, weil die Bienen zum überwiegenden Teil Honig von Thymianblüten gesammelt haben. Das taten sie allerdings nicht, um mich zu erfreuen, sondern weil Honig ihre Winterhauptnahrung ist. Schlaue Bienen, denn in Honig sind unglaubliche 245 bislang nachgewiesene
