Dieser Film ist schlicht eine ganz große Katastrophe. Eine nicht so schlechte Ausgangslage wird dermaßen schlecht dargestellt und erklärt, dass man während des Filmes nur noch eines möchte: Schreien! Die Dialoge sind hohl, die Charaktere oftmals überzogen lächerlich, die Darsteller bleiben unter ihrem Niveau... -

Was bei diesem Film stört, ist, dass die Handlung einfach zu aufgesetzt wirkt. Die Story hat Potenzial, das aber nicht abgerufen wird. Alles in allem würde ich also eher davon abraten, den Film zu schauen. -

Ich würde sagen, „The happening“ ist ein ganz nettes 87 Minuten Filmchen, welches man sich gut mal eben so ansehen kann ~ wer allerdings plant, jenen Film als Romantik-Unterstützer Marke „krall dich ruhig in meinen Arm Baby, ich steh drauf“ zu verwenden, der wird hier enttäuscht werden. -

"The Happening" ist ein inszenatorisches Desaster, bei dem es in dieser Form regelrecht unglaublich wirkt, dass kein geringerer als M. Night Shyamalan Regie führte. Entweder hat der Mann nach dem negativen Wirbel um "Das Mädchen aus dem Wasser" einfach keine Lust mehr, gute Filme -

Dieser Film bekommt für seine ersten 57 Minuten auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne. Danach verliert er seine Geschwindigkeit und es kommt einem ein bisschen so vor, wie ein Wiesenspaziergang. Dazu kommen noch die immer komischeren Dialoge und die Alte Frau zum Ende hin hat dem Fass den Boden ausgeschlagen. -
Zum Glück war ich nicht damals im Kino!

Nein ich war letztlich sehr enttäuscht über den Film und der Regisseur sollte mal langsam wieder einen richtigen guten Streifen wie damals The 6th Sense produzieren lassen, werden leider immer schlechter!
