Die B-Vitamine sind an Stoffwechselreaktionen im Körper beteiligt zur Energiebereitstellung an der Blutfarbstoffbildung und der Zellbildung sind sie beteiligt.
Auf die Vitaminzufuhr achten sollten vor allem Sportler, oder Vegetarier da die Vitamine in Fleisch enthalten sind.
Übermäßigen Alkoholkonsum vermeiden, da er die Versorgung mit B-Vitaminen verschlechtert.
