    Auf Anraten des Arztes soll ich stark dosiertes Zink einnehmen. Das dies gar nicht so einfach ist, da die meisten Produkte wenig Zink und dafür um so mehr künstliche Vitamine beinhalten, hätte ich jetzt nicht gedacht. Aber dann wurde ich doch noch fündig ...
