Hardwareversand.de always problems. Slow reponse to emails and emails being read incorrectly!

- Long delivery times - Email are almost never answered - If emails are answered it takes several days - And if they are read, they are being read incorrectly - Unfriendly and incompetent employees

I placed and paid for this new videocard on the 7th of March and send an email to Hardwareversand.de including screenshots of the wire-transfer / payment. But (of course) no reply at all.
The next day I send them a new email (including the screenshots of the payment once again) and aksed them if they could speed up things. But of course AGAIN no reply back on my email. After that I send them a couple more emails, but AGAIN no replies.
It's very upsetting and disappointing that a company doesn't treat customers very well. You would expect a company would treat paying customers better, especially since the economy isn't that good.
Anyways, now I understand why the "service" of Hardwareversand.de doesn't win any prices at all (Versender des Jahres 2012).
Hardwareversand.de = avoid at all costs, unless you have no other choice.

On another website they said the following and I quote:
Thank you for your review. We apologise for the inconviniences. Due to the high mail volume timely processing is not always possible. Of course sending us up to 6 E-Mails per day doesn´t speed this up. Your payment has been booked and the item has been send out. Unfortunately you haven´t send back the defective item yet. As soon as it arrives we will arrange a refund.

This is complete nonsense!! Because read the following (as my answer):
Wow, after placing negative feedback I finally received a reply back (not by email though).
I also just checked my account on Hardwareversand.de, HOWEVER nothing has been shipped, so the previous statement and I quote: "Your payment has been booked and the item has been send out." is a complete LIE!
And in regards to your comment and I quote once again: "Unfortunately you haven´t send back the defective item yet."
That's correct, if you HAD read my email(s), you would have known I would swap the cards as soon as I have received the replacement. The system is currently live and I cannot use it without a videocard (doh). I explained this several times already in the emails (on which I do not receive an answer).
The truth about Hardwareversand.de
Fact #1 - Hardwareversand.de tells you lies!!
Hardwareversand.de tells you lies. They said (read above) that the item has already been shipped, however in my account it doesn't say so. Also there is no tracking number at all!

As you can see for yourself it clearly states nothing has been done to my order, let alone being shipped!
Fact #2 - Hardwareversand.de tells you more lies!!
They also do not read emails in contrary to what they say. Otherwise they would have understand that I will be returning the defective videocard AFTER I have received the new card and AFTER I have replaced the defective card with the new card (as clearly mentioned in my emails). So another lie...? Because they didn't read my emails at all?
Fact #3 - Hardwareversand.de doesn't care about customers!!
I have send Hardwareversand.de several emails about the defective videocard and about the new order (including screenshots of the payment by bank), however they don't feel the need to reply at all. After placing negative feedback here (and on several other review sites) they finally respond on here (and I still haven't received a reply on my emails). Very, very bad. I work at a company with over 50.000 customers and we always try to reply our customers within 1 (or a maximum) of 2 working days. And not through a negative review.
Ordering at Hardwareversand.de will clearly create problems. My personal advice is to look at other shops, other than Hardwareversand.de, because they really do not give a s.... about customers.

It really comes as no surprise that they didn't won any prices for their "service".
UPDATE 28th of March 2013
Well after finally receiving my order, however the videocard was defective (one fan wing was broken off). I contacted MSI (the videocard manufacturer) and they said to just RMA with the store where I had purchased it (Hardwareversand.de).
So I started a RMA-procedure for the videocard through their website. However since the videocard was working (only not 100%) and was in a live system I needed a quick solution. So I already ordered a new videocard, so I could replace the defective videocard with the newly ordered one.
After a few days I received the new videocard and replaced the defective videocard with the new one. I have send back the defective videocard the same day. According to the trackingnumber (3SERS00052280) the videocard was delivered SUCCESFULLY on the 23rd of March. So the refund could take place.
However I needed a few other products, so I placed a new order (with a lower value than the RMA-ed videocard). This order has the number: 1502860804.
I mailed them now many, many times, however their reponse time is pretty bad. What's even worse is that Hardwareversand.de really has problems reading emails correctly, because I stated several times that they do not need to refund my RMA-ed videocard, however they can subtract the order amount from the new order and ship that order out and refund the rest. I also mentioned (several times) that I already RMA-ed the defective card including trackingnumber.
HOWEVER, I am getting emails back stating they:

They state they never received the card, while online tracking shows the card as being delivered correctly to Daimlerweg 2 59519 Germany.
Hardwareversand's answer #2:
They didn't receive the trackingnumber at all, however this was CLEARLY mentioned in all of the emails I have send so far.
Hardwareversand's answer #3:
They tell me to pay for the new order?! Why should I pay, when Hardwareversand.de still owes me money from the RMA-ed order?
Hardwareversand's answer #4:
They state they have changed the invoice correcly. However the invoice is only corrected by 2 Euro?! While the videocard was way over 100 Euro's!!
Now I have started to email them every minute, until this gets solved. I am sick and tired of the incomptence of Hardwareversand.de. Not only don't they respond slow to emails, but they also do not read emails correctly.
It's no wonder at all it's raining complaints on all review websites (including Trustpilot) about Hardwareversand.de.
In my opinion, they should fire everyone overthere and hire some real professionals, instead of these amateurs.
If everything was handled correctly (and it's really not that difficult as show below) my order COULD have shipped out already on the 26th of March, which would mean I would have the order today or tomorrow the latest. However at this moment I doubt I will ever receive my order or a full refund...
Like mentioned above, it's not rocket science!

Apparently for the people working at Hardwareversand.de this is very difficult to understand, which says enough about their intelligence and their incompetence.
Most probably, if Hardwareversand.de even responds to this complaint, they will state I send them to many emails (spamming) and ignore the current situation completely. But this all could be avoided if;
a) my emails were correctly read, handled and responded quickly to.
b) my new order was subtracted from the refund (RMA-ed videocard)
Sheesh...
I think I will be ordering at jacob-elektronik.de, computeruniverse.net or caseking.biz next time. Though their prices are higher, but with them everything gets solved quickly, unlike with HardwareS***Versand.de!!
