Doesn't ship the complete order. Doesn't tell you if an order is out stock or cannot be delivered. Still waiting on my refund. Send several emails, but hardly get any answers. Very unfriendly and unhelpful.

About 3 years ago I placed an order at Car Hifi Direkt (carhifidirekt.de) / WTS Car Hifi Tuning (wts-carhifi-tuning.de) for the very first time. I ordered 3 car batteries for my car hifi installation. Website seemed professional enough. Hopwever in the end it took over 3 weeks to deliver 3 batteries. Also back then, I hardly received any answer(s) on my emails. Anyways after that experience, I thought I would never place a new order with their "company".
However recently I started a new (small) project for a simple car hifi installation in my shack. So I was looking around and it seemed that Car Hifi Direkt / WTS Car Hifi Tuning had the best prices for my choice of speakers (2 sets of Clarion SRE-1721S speakers).
These speakers were exactly what I needed in my shack. Cheap, but still good enough for my working shack. I checked if they had 2 sets in stock on their website and apparently it was *enough* on stock. So I decided to give Car Hifi Direkt / WTS Car Hifi Tuning a new chance, because the probably had changed a lot in the past 3 years and maybe I just had one bad experience back then. But oh boy, what was I wrong!
After placing (and paying for the order by bank transfer 'vorkasse') on the 13th February it remained pretty quiet. I send Car Hifi Direkt / WTS Car Hifi Tuning several emails confirming the payment and asking the current status. No reply at all.
Then suddenly on the 16th of February I received an email stating that my order was shipped! HOWEVER... It seemed they only had one (1) single set of Clarion speakers available instead of two (2).
Ehr... Why wasn't I informed about this? Why was my order shipped 'incomplete' and without informing or consulting me AT ALL?
I immeadetly canceled the order and asked for a refund. But again, no reply back. It took about 12 emails before I received and answer finally on the 21st of February that he doesn't work at all in the weekend. Wow, it must take a lot of work to inform a customer that the shop is closed during the weekend, instead of not answering at all? Sheesh.
Anyways the owner (?) Marcel Wagner said my money would be refunded as soon as they received the package back. Which is understandable.
On the 22nd of February I received an email from Car Hifi Direkt / WTS Car Hifi Tuning that my order was been delivered with a tracking number from DHL. However this was incorrect cause I refused the shipment. Anyways, within a few minutes the status was indeed changed on the DHL page to "Der Empfänger hat die Annahme der Sendung verweigert. Die Sendung konnte nicht zugestellt werden und wird zurückgesandt."
I emailed Car Hifi Direkt / WTS Car Hifi Tuning several times about this. However, as you might expect by now, no answer at all (of course).
On the 23rd of February the package was returned to Car Hifi Direkt / WTS Car Hifi Tuning according to the tracking number from DHL.
Since then I have send Car Hifi Direkt / WTS Car Hifi Tuning several emails when I will be refunded. And I am still waiting for my money...
After my first experience about 3 years ago, I expected Car Hifi Direkt / WTS Car Hifi Tuning to do much better, however it seems things haven't improved at all. Still hardly any answers on emails, no status updates and they ship whatever they think is right, even if an order is incomplete! Why contact a customer that the ordered items cannot be delivered completely? Because Car Hifi Direkt / WTS Car Hifi Tuning doesn't care at all about their customers.
I really cannot recommend Car Hifi Direkt / WTS Car Hifi Tuning to anyone. Sure Car Hifi Direkt / WTS Car Hifi Tuning is cheap, however it's maybe better to pay a few Euro's extra and indeed get good service and answers on emails than with this so-called company.
If I do not get a refund by the end of today, I will be forced to take legal action against Car Hifi Direkt / WTS Car Hifi Tuning.
People please be smart and order somewhere else, because at Car Hifi Direkt / WTS Car Hifi Tuning your money is simply gone!!
