Phosphate gegen Erschöpfung von Muskeln und Nerven. Helfen die Ruhe wieder zu finden und bei müden Muskeln, z.B. auch nach dem Sport oder bei Neigung zu Muskelkrämpfen. Es lohnt sich also die Nummer 5 der Schüssler Salze mal näher anzuschauen.
