Rowenta DZ 5020, mein Bügeleisen für Zwischendurch. Einfache Handhabung. Durch die 400 Löcher in der Bügelsohle verteilt sich der Dampf sehr gut auf dem Bügelgut. Gleitet gut. Durch die spitze Bügelspitze sind auch schwer erreichbare Stellen leicht zu bügeln. -

Ich finde dieses Bügeleisen spitze und würde es auch nicht mehr hergeben.Ich bügle jetzt auch mal gern denn es ist mit diesen Bügeleisen sehr einfach da es wie ein engel über die wäsche gleitet -

Kundendienst
Bei der Gebrauchsanweisung lag eine Service-Hotnummer bei und ein Verzeichnis der Servicepartner, im Internet kann man auch über eine Suchfunktion den nächstgelegenen Servicepartner suchen. Ich habe allerdings den Kundendienst noch nicht gebraucht, ich besitze das Gerät ja auch erst seit einem halben Jahr.
