not only they do not communicate pro-actively when isssues.. but do not stand by their word
- 450€ purchase (2 raquettes, 1 roll)
=> end january, now end february. still no roll
no tracking, no pro-active communication, no status - raquette delivery was lost. I had to call for them to find
delivered after 2 weeks. no string roll though (150€) - no information,. Just handwritten comment
