Vor einiger Zeit habe ich die Kohlsuppendiät ausprobiert.Es war eine Quälerei, sich an diese ecklige Suppe zu gewöhnen. Vier Wochen habe ich durchgehalten, habe 9 Kilo abgenommen, war aber ständig schlecht gelaunt.

Ich habe diese Kohlsuppendiät nur einmal mit meiner Mutter ausprobiert, und abgenommen habe ich dadurch nicht, ehr das Gegenteil. Der fede, würzlose Geschmack dieses Süppchens hat ehr den Hießhunger auf andere Leckerein angeregt, als HAltung zu bewahren, und die Suppe audzulöffeln.
Nutürlich kann man den nächsten Tag auch Anderes... -

Also, jetzt muss ich diesen ganzen positiven Erfahrungsberichten doch auch mal was hinzufügen. Heute ist der 3.Tag meiner Kohlsuppen-Diät und ich gehe bald vor die Hunde. Also ich habe mich wirklich 100%ig an das Rezept und an die anderen Regeln gehalten und was passiert? Nicht wirklich viel....1,5 kg... -

So, auch ich mache gerade die Kohlsuppendiät (3. Tag), nach dem alle nur gutes in Yopi darüber geschrieben haben.
Also ich muß sagen, wirkungsvoll ist Sie schon, habe schließlich schon knapp 2 Kilo abgenommen und in nicht einmal 3 ganzen Tagen!! Hut ab!
Aber dafür geht es mir heute ziemlich... -
